Registration is payable in advance. Payment will be refunded in full in the event NTL Alaska cancels a class. Refunds requested within two weeks of the course will be charged a 25% cancellation fee, except State of Alaska exam fees, which will be refunded in full. Classes may be canceled at any time. A confirmation letter will be sent to you outling the location and times of the class. If you do not receive this letter within 7 days of your registration please contact NTL Alaska to ensure the course is being offered and space is available. Companies or organizations with open accounts at NTL Alaska may use a purchase order to reserve class space.

ALASKAN WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS - Intermediate Level

Deadline for signing up for State of Alaska exams for levels 2-4 is August 25, 2009.
Applicants should have a level one water treatment and/or distribution license.
State of Alaska Exam Application

This course will be presented at the Peak Base Camp. Limited housing is available at a rate of $90/night, which includes meals. Class will run from noon to 6:00pm on the 21st to allow for air travel to Prudhoe Bay. 7:00 am to 6:00 pm on Tuesday and Wednesday and 7:00 am to 12:00 pm on Thursday.
